This month has special meaning for me because I’m one of the contributing authors of Voices of Care, Stories to Uplift and Inspire. An anthology devoted to the experiences of Alzheimer’s and dementia caregivers.
My chapter, “I’m Not A Nurse,” tells a piece of that journey from my own perspective. (Available Here)
I also had the opportunity to talk about Voices of Care and the caregiving experience in this interview.

Caregiving has voices that are often unheard—the exhaustion, the love, the frustration, the laughter, the grief and the moments nobody sees.
This month, I’m especially thinking about the caregivers.
Your story matters too. ❤️
