LOOKING FOR A PATIO SWING

Honey Bees, on Sunday night May 23rd, I began feeling this unbearable pain in my lower back.  Now mind you, I had done a new core workout on that Friday, and so I felt a little sore, but really didn't think anything about it.  Well, I had an event (Sip & Shop) with my Created For Greatness team, and with all of the excitement I had to lift some equipment and move some things around.

I tell you, I didn't feel a thing and I actually felt great and needless to say the event "Sip & Shop" was a success! Fast forward to Monday morning and I couldn't move at all.  The pain was unbearable and I started doing everything that I knew to ease the pain.  Nothing was working and I even found myself at the hospital, having to call my next door neighbor to drive me there for fear I was going to faint.

They held us there until 4:00AM and they also ran every test there is to make sure my kidneys, heart, and other organs were functioning properly.  Being a natural girl, I rarely get ill like that, and I rarely take prescription drugs.  I was in so much pain that they gave me a shot of morphine and it did not help, it did help to make me sleep though I must say.  Oh, I forgot to mention that before that, earlier in the day I went to this place called THE JOINT to see if I could get any relief there, and because I was so inflamed there was not much they could do either.

Fast forward again, I'm in the third week now and I'm doing much better and I'm able to get treatment from the chiropractor which has allowed me to be able to walk straight up again as long as I take it easy.  I'm still feeling the pain, but it's bearable.  So now what I'm doing is adding turmeric with a pinch of black pepper to my Matrix morning smoothie, and it's helping to ease the pain as well (It comes in Vanilla or Chocolate, and is 100% vegan protein).  I'm hopeful to be back to normal within the next couple of weeks, but I'd also like to warn my Honey Bees to please be mindful of how you bend down to pick up heavy items.  (I knew this and I didn't do it, and now I'm paying the cost)

So, now I'm finding myself looking to buy a patio swing (something that will be easy on my back) and I actually saw one on sale at Smith's for a great price, but I also saw another patio swing of course from Amazon  and I believe I'm going to get one that is on Clearance (click on link to see it) and it cost $60 more, however, it does a lot more than the one I saw at Smith's.  Are there any Honey Bee's out there that have a patio swing?  Let me know.  Hugs
