hello my honeybees, over the Christmas holidays, I was gifted a little tin box of 4 ginger shots. They were so delicious and as a Vocalist, you know, I’m always looking for ways to protect my vocal cords and build my immune system building.
Your immune system is not something that you do only in the summertime, but you want this to be your thought all year round. The organic ginger shots that my girlfriend made for me consisted of an apple, fresh ginger, and blueberries. These Ginger shots were organic because they were all blended together and came through the use of her juicer.
If you don’t want to use a juicer, or if you don’t have a juicer, you can also use the option of putting it in a blender and adding water which will make it still as a juice, but of course the pulp will still be in this mixture and you will want to strain it when you pour it out of the blender so that it won’t be so much pulp left in the Ginger shot.
The difference between doing it in a juicer versus in a blender is, you won’t have any pulp yes and it will be all 100% juice and you won’t need to add any water.. I can tell you both types are still very effective and delicious because once I ran out of my shots that was made for me I made my own in my blender.
This week, however I will try and use my juicer to see if I can come up with the same consistency as my girlfriend did That when she gifted me my conclusion is is that they are very good for you Ginger it’s help keep your body warm during the winter months and it’s going to build your immune system. Of course the ginger is a little spicy, so if you don’t really like a hot foods, or you suffer with heartburn or any of those type of disorders, then this may not be the drink for you however. If you don’t have any problems with pungent tastes and very strong Spicy tastes, then this drink will be perfect for you. The blueberries, are an antioxidant, and the apple as we say keep the doctor away.
